What if I need to cancel a flight with Bliss?

Any flight may be cancelled with Bliss within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid. After the 48 hour time period, Bliss will not refund any flight and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes! All tours are booked on a 1st call 1st served basis! So please do ensure that you allow plenty of planning time for your desired flight date.

How long is our flight?

Flights are guaranteed 45-60 minutes of actual flight time. If, for any reason, the flight is cut short, we’ll invite you back!

Can bad weather cause our flight to be cancelled?

We follow strict safety guidelines to ensure every flight is the best flight. Rain, unsafe wind conditions (i.e. Wind warnings, Santa Ana wind conditions etc), fog, low ceiling or extreme heat could be cause to reschedule your flight.

What time are the hot air balloon flights?

All Temecula wine country flights are offered once a day at sunrise for the cool calm wind conditions that we typically have. Check-in is normally 30 minutes before Sunrise, which varies from 5:30am to 6:30 am depending on the time of year booked.

Do the passengers sit or stand in the basket?

Passengers stand during flights and must be physically capable of standing and climbing in and out of the balloon basket.

Is age a consideration for making the trip?

Age is no barrier to thoroughly enjoy an awesome balloon flight. All members of the family are welcome!

Can I go ballooning while pregnant?

Unfortunately, you can not.

Can we bring refreshments?

During your flight you are welcome to enjoy refreshments. However, unprotected glass containers and smoking are not permitted.
